A text will be sent when the driver is on the way with the driver’s name and phone number.
A text will be sent upon arrival at the pick up location with the vehicle description and plate number.
We know using a reliable limousine company is of the utmost importance to you. We have experience scheduling the difficult Los Angeles and Orange County traffic patterns and make every effort to insure on time arrivals. Using new vehicles and keeping a strict maintenance schedule help insure on time reservations.
We have clear upfront pricing on our website. We do not add on fuel surcharges, administrative fees or fictitious taxes. All of our chauffeurs are paid in compliance with California labor laws and are covered by workers compensation insurance and unemployment insurance. We do not use illegal “independent contractors” as drivers.
You can always reach us for any issue by phone, email or text message. From arranging to return a lost item to modifying a reservation to answering questions about your account or billing, we strive to serve you in a prompt manner.
For safety, style and reliability, our fleet only consists of vehicles that are 2.5 years old or less. Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. Our chauffeurs are never allowed to smoke in or around the vehicles.
Our clients ask us daily for our thoughts on Uber, Lyft, Gett and other TNCs. (TNC or Transportation Network Company is the legal name in California for companies such as Uber and Lyft). In this new age of travel, you can rest assured that we carry full time commercial insurance on all of our vehicles. No games and no gaps in coverage! Plus, we are licensed with the State of California and carry all applicable airport permits.
On those occasions where we are booked or have scheduling conflicts, we have affiliated with other limousine companies to assist on our runs. We are very particular about the companies that we partner with and only select partners that maintain the same high standards as our company.
All of our chauffeurs are professionally trained and supervised. We employ professional full time drivers who are always properly attired in a black and white suit.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES
In Style Transportation puts the utmost emphasis on driver and client health. The following are steps we are taking to ensure everyone’s safety:
Vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected after every trip. Disinfectant will be sprayed on the seats and disinfectant wipes will be used on commonly touched items such as belt buckles, door handles and armrests
Chauffeurs will use face coverings until further notice and use hand sanitizer on a regular basis.
We ask our clients to wear face coverings.
Our chauffeurs will open and close vehicle doors so there is no need for our clients to touch the door handles.
We have issued digital thermometers to all chauffeurs. They will need to check their temperature before every shift and stay home if there is any sign of sickness.
A/C and ventilation settings on the vehicle will be set to use outside air. We will not turn on the recirculation of cabin air feature.
Hand sanitizer will be available for use in the vehicle.
Meet and greet service has been suspended to help our chauffeurs in social distancing from the public. If there is a special need for meet and greet service, please give us a call to make special arrangements. Our meet and greet service will return when prudent.
Sneeze Guards/Dividers
We have sneeze guards/dividers on site for installation. At this time, we do NOT recommend using them but will install them if a client requests them.
Pros for sneeze guards
They protect the driver from getting sneezed on.
CDC recommends installation IF possible.
Cons for sneeze guards
Not recommended for moving vehicles by insurance companies, California Highway Patrol and vehicle manufacturers.
May prevent advanced safety features in the car from working properly.
Additional surface to collect germs.
