Domestic commercial-airport arrivals include 1 hour of wait time beginning at the flight’s actual gate arrival. International arrivals include 1 hour and 15 minutes. Additional waiting is billed at the applicable vehicle hourly rate on a prorated basis.
For standard LAX pickup, contact your chauffeur after landing and let them know whether you have carry-on luggage only or are waiting for checked bags. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Lower/Arrivals Level, walk to the outer/center island and white curb, and send your chauffeur the nearest numbered pillar.
Your chauffeur will coordinate the final approach and provide vehicle information by text.
Hollywood Burbank Airport to The Aster
Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is particularly convenient for guests whose flight schedule serves BUR.
