A 20% gratuity is added to all trips and included on online reservations. 100% of the gratuity is passed on to our professional chauffeurs.
How far in advance should I book? Do you accept same-day reservations?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for airport travel, corporate events, and peak weekends.
Same-day and last-minute reservations are often available depending on fleet availability. For requests within a few hours, please call us directly at (424) 333-6184, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: our online reservation system does not accept bookings within 12 hours of service.
Can you take me/pick me up from my medical appointment?
Yes, we can do point-to-point transfers or an hourly run where the driver waits for you.
Our driver will also be able to check you out and safely escort you to the vehicle and to your home.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off?

Are there extra airport or wait-time charges?
- Point-to-point & airport drop-offs:
15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included. - Airport pickups (commercial flights):
- Domestic: 1 hour complimentary wait time
- International: 1 hour 15 minutes complimentary wait time
Wait time begins at the flight’s gate arrival.
- FBO/private aviation pickups:
15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle.
Do you offer meet-and-greet service?
Yes. Meet-and-greet service includes:
- Chauffeur waiting inside the terminal

What is your cancellation policy?
All SUV and Sedan transfers can be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the reservation time without charge. A full trip charge will be applied to a cancellation within 4 hours or less. On hourly trips, three hours will be charged for trips cancelled within 12 hours or less of the reservation time.
Stretch Limo, Sprinter and coach trips can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without charge. A full trip charge will be applied to a cancellation within 72 hours or less.
Changes will be made at our discretion if our schedule allows for it. Changes may incur wait time or additional charges.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes. Professional car service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. You can call us 24 hours a day. For groups, corporate events or special requests please call between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM 7 days a week.

Do you provide service at FBOs, private and semi-private terminals?
Yes, we have extensive experience at private terminals and suite service. We are at FBO’s (fixed base operations) daily and frequently greet clients plane side on the apron.
