- Contact your chauffeur with your pillar number. Confirm that you are on the center island at the white curb and provide the pillar number where you are waiting.
- Remain near that pillar at the white curb. Your chauffeur will use the pillar number to locate you and pull up to the appropriate pickup point.
- Watch for your vehicle. You will have received a vehicle description and, in many cases, the license plate number to help identify it.
