On commercial flight pick ups FROM an airport, our flat rate and airport fee includes 1 hour of complimentary wait time on domestic arrivals and 1.25 hours of complimentary wait time on international arrivals. Wait time begins at the gate arrival time of the flight. On FBO/private pick ups, wait time begins at the scheduled reservation time with 15 minutes of complementary wait time included. After the complimentary wait time is exceeded, remaining wait time will be billed at the hourly rate for the vehicle prorated to the nearest minute.
