LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid Car Service

In Style Transportation provides professional car service to the LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid at Long Beach State for basketball, volleyball, university functions and visits to the CSULB campus.

The iconic blue pyramid was known as the Walter Pyramid for more than 30 years. In 2025, Long Beach State announced a new naming-rights partnership with LBS Financial Credit Union, and the venue is now officially named the LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid. Visitors and longtime Long Beach residents may still refer to the building as the Walter Pyramid, but both names refer to the same landmark arena on the Long Beach State campus.

Whether you’re attending a Long Beach State game, meeting family or friends on campus, traveling with a group or attending a university function, In Style Transportation provides scheduled transportation from airports, hotels, residences and destinations throughout Southern California.

In Style Transportation has served Southern California for more than 14 years and completed over 100,000 trips. We are a locally operated transportation company — not a broker — with luxury sedans, full-size SUVs and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Vans available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid is home to Long Beach State men’s and women’s basketball, making basketball transportation one of the primary reasons visitors travel to the arena.

In Style Transportation provides scheduled chauffeur service for fans, families, alumni, university guests and groups attending games on campus.

Instead of coordinating campus parking and driving after the game, passengers can arrange transportation directly to Long Beach State and a preplanned pickup afterward.

For games where the exact departure time may vary, Hourly Chauffeur Service can keep your vehicle and chauffeur dedicated to your reservation for the scheduled service period.

Our Sporting Event Transportation is also available for professional and collegiate sporting events throughout Southern California.

Long Beach State Volleyball Transportation

The Pyramid is one of the best-known collegiate volleyball venues in Southern California and hosts Long Beach State men’s and women’s volleyball.

Drop-Off at the LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid

Traffic around the Long Beach State campus can vary considerably depending on the game, attendance and other university activities taking place at the same time.

Your chauffeur will coordinate the approach to campus according to current access and traffic conditions.

For busy games or university functions, allowing additional travel time can help account for increased traffic around campus.

Pickup After Games at the Pyramid

Post-game traffic can be considerably different from normal campus conditions as spectators leave the venue at the same time.

Your chauffeur will coordinate pickup based on current campus access and traffic conditions rather than relying on one fixed pickup location for every game.

Keep your phone available after leaving the arena. If traffic control or campus conditions require an adjustment to the pickup location, your chauffeur can communicate directly with you.

Hourly Chauffeur Service for Long Beach State Games

Hourly Chauffeur Service is particularly useful when a game or campus visit is part of a larger evening.

For example:

Long Beach Hotel → Dinner → LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid → Post-Game Stop → Hotel

Your vehicle and chauffeur remain dedicated to your reservation throughout the scheduled service period, providing flexibility if the game runs longer than expected or your plans change afterward.

Sedans and SUVs have a 3-hour minimum. Sprinter Vans and larger vehicles have a 5-hour minimum.

The Pointe at the Pyramid Transportation

The LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid is not limited to collegiate athletics. The Pointe provides space within the facility for meetings, banquets, receptions and other functions.
