We operate our own carefully maintained mid-sized fleet of luxury vehicles, and every chauffeur is professionally trained and employed directly by us – ensuring consistent, high-quality service every time you ride.
Unlike many booking platforms such as Blacklane, Luxy, Kidmoto, Savoya and Uber, we are not a broker. These companies typically act as middlemen, outsourcing your reservation to third-party contractors while keeping a significant portion of the fare. In most cases, they do not own vehicles or directly oversee the drivers assigned to you.
With broker-based services, your trip is often sent out for bids and awarded to the lowest-priced provider – meaning quality, reliability, and professionalism can vary greatly. Simply put, you may not know who will arrive to pick you up.

Absolutely. Our dedicated in-house office team is available to assist with planning and coordinating corporate events of all sizes. As a mid-sized company, we proudly operate our own fleet of luxury vehicles and employ professional chauffeurs, ensuring consistent quality and reliability. Unlike companies that depend heavily on third-party contractors, we manage most services internally. For particularly large-scale events, we may partner with trusted affiliates to ensure seamless execution.
What are your rates for car service in Los Angeles and Orange County? Are there hidden fees?

We offer competitive, transparent pricing for Los Angeles and Orange County car service, airport transportation, and limo service. Rates are provided upfront with a gas surcharge included depending on current prices.

Do you charge hourly or flat rates?
We offer:
- Flat-rate pricing for airport transportation and “point to point” transfers
- Hourly rates for events, corporate travel, and special occasions
Are gratuities included in the price?
A 20% gratuity is added to all trips and included on online reservations. 100% of the gratuity is passed on to our professional chauffeurs.
How far in advance should I book? Do you accept same-day reservations?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for airport travel, corporate events, and peak weekends.
Same-day and last-minute reservations are often available depending on fleet availability. For requests within a few hours, please call us directly at (424) 333-6184, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: our online reservation system does not accept bookings within 12 hours of service.
Can you take me/pick me up from my medical appointment?
Yes, we can do point-to-point transfers or an hourly run where the driver waits for you.
Our driver will also be able to check you out and safely escort you to the vehicle and to your home.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes. We specialize in airport car service, including:
- Airport transfers
- Business travel transportation
- Private airport/FBO pickups with jet side service.
- Pick up and drop off at private suite facilities.
What time should I schedule my airport pick up, and do you track flights?
For airport pickups, please enter your flight’s scheduled arrival time as your pickup time.
We monitor all flights in real time and automatically adjust for early arrivals or delays, ensuring your chauffeur is there when you land.
For significant delays or special circumstances, please contact us directly.
Are there extra airport or wait-time charges?
- Point-to-point & airport drop-offs:
15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included. - Airport pickups (commercial flights):
- Domestic: 1 hour complimentary wait time
- International: 1 hour 15 minutes complimentary wait time
Wait time begins at the flight’s gate arrival.
- FBO/private aviation pickups:
15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period is billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle.
Do you offer meet-and-greet service?
Yes. Meet-and-greet service includes:
- Chauffeur waiting inside the terminal
- Name sign display
- Assistance with luggage
Who would you recommend to receive a meet-and-greet service?
- People with travel anxiety who are unfamiliar with LAX.
- Solo adults traveling with small children.
- Travelers with limited mobility.

What vehicles are included in black car service?

Are your drivers licensed and insured?
Yes. All chauffeurs are:
- Fully insured
- Background checked
- Drug tested

What is the capacity of the vehicles?
- Sedans: Up to 3 passengers
- SUVs: Up to 7 passengers
- Sprinters: Up to 14 passengers
For larger groups, additional vehicle options may be available.
Are amenities like Wi-Fi or bottled water included?

What is your cancellation policy?
All SUV and Sedan transfers can be cancelled up to 4 hours prior to the reservation time without charge. A full trip charge will be applied to a cancellation within 4 hours or less. On hourly trips, three hours will be charged for trips cancelled within 12 hours or less of the reservation time.
Stretch Limo, Sprinter and coach trips can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation time without charge. A full trip charge will be applied to a cancellation within 72 hours or less.
Changes will be made at our discretion if our schedule allows for it. Changes may incur wait time or additional charges.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes. Professional car service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. You can call us 24 hours a day. For groups, corporate events or special requests please call between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM 7 days a week.
How reliable is your Los Angeles and Orange County airport car service?
Our airport car service in Los Angeles and Orange County and LAX transportation service is built on reliability. Our overnight dispatch team monitors our chauffeurs to ensure they arrive on time. We monitor flight arrivals in real time, adjust for delays, and ensure on-time pickups.
Whether you’re heading to LAX, Los Angeles and Orange County Airport, Burbank Airport, San Diego Airport, or John Wayne Airport, you can count on a smooth, stress-free ride.
Can I request a specific vehicle or chauffeur?
Yes, based on availability. Corporate clients often request preferred chauffeurs or specific vehicle models.

Please note: chauffeurs are not required to install car seats. Parents are responsible for ensuring proper installation of the car seat.
What is your pet policy?

We are a pet-friendly car service and welcome well-behaved pets.
Our vehicles provide clean, comfortable environments designed for both passenger and pet safety. Whether you’re heading to the airport, a veterinary appointment, or an outing, your pet is welcome to travel with you.
Please note your pet when booking online or inform our reservation team in advance.
Do you provide service at FBOs, private and semi-private terminals?
Yes, we have extensive experience at private terminals and suite service. We are at FBO’s (fixed base operations) daily and frequently greet clients plane side on the apron.
